I need some advice on my situation...I want to file for GC....Please give me any experience /suggestion ....
1) I have Bs + MS( US Univ) + 5 yrs experience( 3 yrs US exp).
2) I am in my current job after MS and the job was for ( MS + 1 yr exp)...
Firstly, Am I an eligible candidate for PERM?......If so, what kind of ads are needed?...
I want to start off the process......I wanted to get some idea on the ad campaigns ......Which is better ..
Rush to RIR or PERM ???...
