What will happen if an employee gets laid-off after 180 days into 485 processing and the employer revokes I-140? Can one revoke I-140 after 180 days into I-485? If so, how does AC-21 help?

Any input is appreciated.

People say that companies may revoke I-140. No clue on how many companies will do this.

If a person gets laid off after or before filing I-485, if by that time, if he/she has EAD, happily they can find a same/similar job and so he/she will be fine with their GC process. Later if one get RFE, he/she will be in a position to answer RFE.Hence fine.

Before I-140 approval or after filing I-485 but before getting EAD, if one gets laid off, then again one has to find same or similar job but should file I-140 again from new company and then I-485. This is my understanding. I also hope that my understanding is right.
