My 485 was filed this Apr. and I have done fingerprinting. I planned to get married probably next week and file 485 for my wife. Would this have impact on my case? etc. will this slow down my case? Please share your exp/insight with me.
I don't think filing your spouse's AOS necessarily slow down your case. I know a friend of mine who filed his spouse's case after he did his FP. His case is approved and his wife's case is still pending. I also have the similar situation, and my case is still pending (although my spouse also did her FP).
