Would appreciate your answers on the following:
1). If I get a 221G while getting an H1b stamped and my H1b employer is unable to send me the documents requested by the consulate, would this mean that the Visa is considered as denied ? Or would it be considered that the case was just stuck at 221G.
2). Also in such a situation would my currently valid L1 from my current employer be cancelled.
3). If finally the H1b is denied or I do not process the 221G forward, would this effect my chances of getting a US visa in the future.
