Question on 2 Middle Names

I have 2 middle names, and a first and last name (so I have 4 names in my official name on all docs). But in US since 2000 my attorney always used 1 middle name and on my Green Card and Driving License I have middle initial only. When I filled out my N400 in March,2013 I wrote only one of the middle name in full and did not mention anything on the section “Other Names Used”. During the Interview the immigration officer noticed that my hoem country passport had called out my 2 middle names and she asked me about it. I replied that I am used to only 1 middle name. Now that I will apply for the US Passport does anyone have any experience if I need to mention my 2 middle names in the section “Other Names Used” and if it will cause any kind of conflict. Its just that I got used to dropping one of the middle names after the attorney started the process 14 years ago from B-1 to F-1 to H1B and then GC. But even most of the immigration forms including I-94 to start with only allows to use one middle initial of middle name or has space only to call one middle name in full. I am just thinking to go for the agency appt to get the passport the same day. Any suggestions? Please appreciate any input.
Thanks

What is your current legal full name? This is the name on the certificate. Your passport can only be issued in your full name, you cannot use initials or drop some part of your name. In "Other names used" field, just put your prior full name even if you have not used it in full. If you did not change your name during naturalisation process, then I would not put anything in "other names" field.
