Question on 140 using labor substitution

All,

My 140 was filed with VSC using substitution labor. The details of job description/title in my 140 petition are slightly different from that in the labor certification that was used. Do you think this is a problem ? If so can my 140 petition be amended ?

(For all practical purposes my job is the same as described on labor cert., it is just that the wording is different. LC has "software engineer" 140 has: "product implementation engineer". Other requirements match exactly - education, experience, salary etc.)

Please advice. Thanks in advance.

It depends on how different they are and in what areas. In some areas ANY difference is fatal. You need to have an attorney look everything over. Without reviewing the documents and your qualifications it is impossible to say.
