Question of RFE

Hello All,

My husband filed I485 for me also when he filed his. Both our WAC no start with 02080-5xxxx. While my case message on the INS website has been updated to "need more information", his case message has not been updated.

Is it normal to have dependent case processed before the primary applicant?

It appears as if you have been sent a RFE. It is nothing to worry about, it happens. INS moves in mysterious ways.

In this case it is probably a RFE for wedding certificate etc. proving you are a legal benificiary. So wait for the actual RFE to come to hand.

I am in the similar situation. RFE's have been issued for my wife and daughter. Did you get the RFE yet. What is it for. Our RFE was mailed on 4/22. Waiting to hear from my attroney.
 
No, I gave not recvd. the RFE yet. We got 2nd FP letters for both of us yesterday. I am not sure whether that means that my husband's case has also been looked at!!!. Bu I hope so..
