Question ?

I am planning on going to work to florida but i dont know where to start from i need a visa to work legit in the us ( florida ) and i am from canada they dont give anymore green card due to to many they gave in the past ... so for july if i want to move in the US ( Florida ) where should i start from ?

Witch Visa should i ask for ?

i have over 10 years experience in IT ...

:rolleyes: If you are not a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident, you need to have an H1B visa in order to work in the U.S. If you are a Canadian citizen, NAFTA rules apply to you and you don't need an H1B to work in the U.S.

I don't know anything about NAFTA but I know Canadian citizens who came to and start working in the U.S. on the basis of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). You need to see an attorney either in Canada or in the U.S. and proceed according to their advise. Good luck to you.

So if i understant , i could go work in the US lived there all legit if i go trought NAFTA ... If you know Canadian That does it ? can you ask them to help me out please .. Here s my email : Pat23mtl@hotmail.com
