I got a friend who applied for hardship based on his two children that were born in US. My friends point was if he needs to go back to his home country it would be extremely hard for him to raise his kids. Well, long story short IJ in court approved his case.
Now my question is what's the next procedure? Is he going to get stamp in his passport or he needs to file I-485 for status adjustment ?
