Question: interview and lawyer

My wife and I have received our interview notice. We want a lawyer to be present with us during the interview. However, our lawyer’s firm is in a different state.

Is it good to hire a lawyer from our local area?

Why would you like a lawyer to present?

Normally you don't need a lawyer to present at an interview unless your case is so unique that it is necessary... Good Luck!
