Thinking to apply for my wife and son.

should i apply as family or as individual for both.

if i apply as family than - it asks for spouse information and asks if spouse has PIO card, but I already have OCI so what should i do there?

If you already have OCI, then this time around your wife becomes the applicant and she can apply for herself and your child (hence ignore everything related to the spouse in the application, as her spouse - you - are not part of the application). Remember, you may do the work, but your wife will be applying, not you!
