My labor was certified last month. My PD is not current. I am planning to apply I-140, I-485, I-765, and I-131 all at one time. In Part 2 (I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident because) do I check box [a] for myself and box for my wife? Thanks.
 
If your PD is not current, how can you file I-485 and related documents? These will be rejected.

I-140 can be filed.
 
You need to read up about GC process.

You will not be able to file I-485 now, since your PD is not current. The application will be rejected.

BTW manwithnoname or I have not file concurrently. Check the signatures.
