Question in form 156 - URGENT

I am getting ready to send my passport to St. Louis for stamping. When I was filling out form 156, I was not sure if I should out Yes or No for the following question:

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf ? Yes or No

I have just filed my I-140 and I-485 together. So technically I should say "Yes". I was wondering if there are any impacts of doing so. I have heard that there are chances of denials if I say "Yes".

Has anyone been in this situation and got their visa stamped successfully ?.

I have cleared my labor and planning to file my I-140 and I-485 together by this month. So technically I should say "Yes".

Has anyone been in this situation and got their visa stamped successfully ?.

Answer YES if at the time of filing DS-156 an I-140 was already filed. Otherwise answer NO. The question is about actual filing, not whether you have any plans to file.
