Hi,
I am applying advanced parole on my own and have a question in section 2 of the form.
I have filed for 485 and currently in US and would like to know if have to check A OR D
A: I am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the United States and I am applying for reentry permit
D. I am applying for advanced parole to allow me to return to US after temporary travel
Can any one help me with that?
