To Answer:Yes,IF:
1)485 is not filed and filed but less than 180 days ago
AND IF:
2)You are not on same/similar job with other employer and not using AC21 provision.
That is an employer can revoke approved I140 normally if he wish.
But if your 485 is filed more than 180 days ago and if
you are working with other employer in a SAME/SIMILAR JOB,
when an employer tries to revoke your approved 140,then
You may use AC21 provision and approved 140 is portable to your new employer/your case,to come over the issue.
