Hi All, I am sponsoring my parents and spouse. My question is for part 3 of I-864:
1.) Since I filed separate I-130 for each of them. Do I need to send separate I-864 for each of them?
2.) If yes, then on part 3 of I-864 (9) it says
"I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition."
So I am confused, do I put everyone's name there as the truth is all of them were filed separate I-130 (visa petition) and all of them will be immigrating within 6 months.
Anyone with similar experience? Please advise.
