My husband's I-485 was in tje National Benefits Center and was transferred June 28 to the California Service Center for processing. However, I don't see processing times for family based I-485 on their website. Also, will my case be processed there or sent to my local office? We have a child and have been married almost two years and I was wondering if maybe they would approve his I-485 w/o an interview. I don't think that is all that likely, but just looking for some feedback. Has anyone else had their I 485 transferred from National Benefits Center to California? Any timelines you could give me?
