Question - I-485 (RD- 18th Oct 2001)

My wife's FP was rescheduled and pending at this time.
Our RD is Oct 18th 2001. Any idea whether the overall process might be delayed due to this.

IMHO,
Yes, the processing will resume only after the FP results are in. Usually, the FBI takes about a month to process the FP. If INS is processing Oct 01 when they get the FP results it might take them another couple of weeks to approve your 485.
