Question: How does INS track the cases? Any Thoughts..

Folks:

I recently received a letter from INS that they would
send me a letter for interview within a month. I am
trying to know:does INS has a time tracking system so
that I must be sure that I will receive an interview
notice within a month? Do you think they will have
punched this date on the interview notice date? Any
suggestions.
