Question - Hourly wage matches prevailing wage but yearly does not?

Hi all:


Can someone tell me if this is bad when filing I-140: My hourly wage matches prevailing wage, but I get only 75% of the yearly wage (as defined by ETA). This happens because I work 4 days a week instead of 5.

Now will this be a problem when I send my I-140?

You should be okay as long as you are not required to furnish the W-2(s).
