Question ?? Help me understand

I applied for 140 on 10/20/2003 , and later applied for 485 in jan/2004.

They married my 140 application to 485 and changed the LUD on my 140 to Jan/2004 after they received the 485 application.

Question is , should i consider 140 as a oct filer or Jan filer.

Please help me understand , bcos i see a lot of Oct 140 approval of late , and i am a bit worried about this.

Your RD date on i140 notice of receipt. i.e., october 03 is your filing date - don't worry.
