Are the job opportunity's requirements normal for the occupation?

what should be the answer for the above question. This question is really missleading. we have answered yes , since we were under impression that requirement is normal for the job position we have placed. But according to DOL point of view they have got bunch of items under their. software engineer section i guess. Which is not normal.

ANybody have anyidea onthis.Please help me, we have to withdraw the case based on the answer.
