All,

I live in Canada and work in the US. My I-140 is being processed. Can someone please tell me what is the next step after it is approved?

Do I have to file under CP or do I have a choice? When is CP or AOS determined? I continue to be an Indian national. DO I have to apply for CP in India or is anywhere in Canada ok?

Sorry to be asking what may well be stupid questions.

Approximately how long does the total CP process take after application?

YOu can not do AOS as you live outside USA and only work here.

You should do CP in Montreal, Canada.
