How to turn "ON" img and html code

How can I get the code is Off and HTML code is Off to be turned ON so that I can format my threads with details of images and specific info.

Hi Sachin,

I dont think we need the HTML and image options enabled for people to be able to post messages. This option is turned off for security purposes. Let me also check with vbulletin support and I will update you with any new information that i find out.
