Hi guys,
I am from LA
RD 3/11/02
ND 3/12/02
FP done on 4/18/02
EAD approved on 8/6/02

Keep on checking my I-485 which is always said that your I-485 application to adjust to PR status was received on 3/11/02, it is taking between 975 and 999 days to process this kind of case...

Is that quite normal? It has been more than 4 months since FP was taken.
Do I need go to laguna niguel to inquire in person?

No...

No, not required to go to Laguna Niguel. My FP is Done in March but the AVM was repeating the same message as yours until last month. I called IIO to inquire about my case and next day when I checked the AVM, message changed to FP received on ..... and
processing resumed.
This topic is discussed many times in this board. Just call IIO and ask the status on your case.
