Question: FP after RFE

Guys,

My RFE was received by BCIS on Jun 24, 03. I waiting for approval. My fp is expiring on the end of the month.

Question is: Does BCIS issue second fp even though the case is touched and RFE is generated?

How many of us got the 2nd fp after the case was touched?

Yes, you will get 2nd fp

If they open your case before end of this month, then you don't need to do 2nd fp.
