Question for yoda

not really. not yet.
i called his office yesterday. she said that she didnt hear back from BCIS. and told me that she'd give me a call in case she heard anything. also that if she doenst get back to me, i should remind her next week.

also i received a letter from BCIS on saturday in response to my call to 1-800 number early last month. it said something to this effect:

"Your case is pending adjudication. Please allow additional 30 days for processing."

let's see whether i hear anything from markey's office or not.

yoda, I bet you'll hear same thing from Markey's office. It's so unfair. I called mid last month and still haven't got that piece of junk yet. :)

once you're stuck, you're stuck forever.

I kind of think this markey's office is not powerful in contacting VSC. some other congressmen can call VSC directly and get information right away, this office has to wait several days for response, that's why they can't tell you more than
"pending". If they can call VSC and talk to some IIO, then more information can be obtained. what do you think.

Yoda, I think you should qualify for service center error. you did 2nd FP in May. Have you
checked that they received the 2nd FP

Yoda, did you file any application(like addr change) after REFP. According to BCIS , it takes them 30 - 60 days after the last transaction with them.
My REFP was done on 06/11/2003, but on 07/15/2003 my lawyer filed for his address change. So BCIS states my case would take 30 - 60 days from 07/15/2003.
I am not aware how much to believe BCIS.
