Do you know if there is more members of this forum with I-485 ND of 2001, or you are the lucky one? In some of your postings I've read in the signature line;
ND -May 2001
FP -June 2004
RFI-March 2005

My timeline is;
ND -March 2001
FP -May 2004
Nothing since 3rd FP yet. Do you know how does it works; what has to be included in the package that you send back (RFI/RFE), how long it takes FBI to clear FP, did they call you for an interwiew? It looks like USCIS does not necessarily goes by calendar order. Should I expect RFI/RFE this year? I would greatly appreciate any input. Thanks.

I dont know of others who have received a RFI but correct if I am wrong but someone on this board mentioned that a realtive of his had also gotten a RFI with a notice date 05/01....

I don't know what it means. I just know that it doesnt mean anything but make sure you keep on checking the status of your case. Write a letter to USCIS asking the status of your case..if you call the 800 number they wont help you because they will say that they are processing 1999 applications..

My brother has an ND of January 2001 and he got RFI and biometric notice in March 2005. He got it taken care of around mid-April 2005

His case status changed accordingly. So far, no approval yet though and we are praying for his approval.

Everyone, seems to be in limbo. I just mailed letter to USCIS, requesting status update. Since, I changed residence back in Oct, 04 I have not heard from them.

Customer Service, in Linclon,NE confirmed change of address, refered to the following page in response to my question of tentative date for AOS.

I'm wondering if anyone had an opportunity to look at my previous thread, "Impact of settelment, on I-485 USCIS Asylee LPR Backlog" it refers to the exact numbers (Unless stitistics are incorrect) of cases adjusted beteen 1993-2002 and the backlog.
