Hello;

I have two question, if some one got recomended approval for asylum Can he file for I-730 for hos wife and 2 years old son? secod question what is the avreage process time for the I-730 i know every case is diffrent and i know they processing july 2006 now but i know the reallity is diffrent.

Sorry I am not sure but I think you have to be approved to file for I-730 and last time I checked it was taking almost an year to get i-730 approved.
