Question for unmarried 485 waiters

Hi Guys,

I\'ve heard that it becomes very difficult to get married outside the US and bring in a spouse once you become a permanent resident. I\'ve also heard something about the "K" visa but am not sure how it works.

Does anyone here have information about how to bring in your spouse after the green card?

Pease assume that no educational/professional background about the spouse-to-be is known. So one can\'t predict whether she will be able to get H1B/F1 visa types.

Any information/links/advice is welcome.

P.S. This is not a junk post like the Dosa/Multiple Wives, etc. I am a regular visitor here.

Get marry before GC approval

Better get marry before GC approval.

K Visa is for citizen only.
V Visa is for GC holder\'s spouse who has applied Immigrant Visa for three years and sure summbit the application before 12/2000. So nobody is qualified for it anymore.

Get marry before you got GC is the only fast method.
