Yes ofcourse. Entry and exit stamps. There are ways to not get stamped if entered from another country..

What is the big deal of being stamped by German officials? What are you trying to hide?
I totally agree with "Anotheryear"! What are you trying to hide? Of course they will stamp your RTD! What's the point of having the RTD? They need to register your entry and exit.
