Question for those who applied AP and got approved recently

I am planning to apply my AP renewal by myself since attorney is charging alot.
These are the documents i am planning to send.Can you please tell me if anything else is needed????

App form for Advance parole ( I-131) Filled and Signed
Fee: check $110
2 Photo with A# written on back with pencil
Copy of current advance parole document.
Copy of Passport page having photo-id
Copy of I-94(both sides)
Copy of I-485 receipt notice
Cover letter explaing why i need AP

Fee has changed

The $110 fee has changed.to $80.

I also sent copies of my I-140 with both mine and my wife's application, copy of marriage certificate for wife.

Ya, Its better to add the marriage certificate for Spouse.
I got an RFE for Marriage certificate(for spouse)... got approved with in a week after RFE.

I do not have any sample letter. I thought of explaining the reason for travel.
