Question for those approved: "card ordered" vs "Approved"

For my EAD, online first says "After approving ..., card ordered...", several days later it says "This case has been approved...".

What happens to 485? Does online say "card order" first and then "Case approved"?

I am searching some cases in eac0206550*** series and found that 2 cases were said "card ordered", does that they approved today or approved a long time ago and ordered cards today. I would like to see they are approving cases today.

For I485 cases, the normal sequence after approval shown on online status track is:

"Approved"---->"Card Ordered"-----> "Card Mailed".

So they reversed the order for the messages for 485. and I still have not seen recent approvals.
