Do you know if this is true, one my friends mentioned this to me last night when we were chatting.
The US citizenship which will typically happen 5 years after GC is approved provided we apply for it will not make us eligible for the DUAL CITIZENSHIP that Indian Govt. is proposing. According to him it is only valid for people like kids who are born in USA and automatically hold a US citizenship by birth until they decide on which way to go when they turn 18 or 21.
I have asked him to send me the link where he read this article.
I would appreciate if you can enlighten me on this. I am also searching Google for the same and if I find something will definitely share with you all.
