Well, this is the case:-
i got my green card on MAR-02-2004, EMPLOYEE BASED.
My wife will apply for citizenship next year, we have been maried for 2 years, she will be a citizen next year.
When i will be eligible to apply for citizenship, after 2 years from my GC "Since i will be considered married to american citizen"
Or after 2 years from my wifes citizenship.

I have been asking this question to PRO, and could not find an answer, when the count starts for me to apply for citizenship ??

Normaly if you are GC holder after 5 years.
Now i have a GC and my wife has a GC , she will be a citizen next year, when i will be eligible to apply for citizenship ??????

You will be eligible to apply for citizenship:
1) 5 years after being admitted as a permanent resident,

2) 3 years after your marriage to a US citizen or 3 years after your non citizen spouse acquires US citizenship. You will also need to meet certain residency requirements.

You can apply 90 days prior to the 3/5 year limit

here are the relevant excerpts from USCIS website:
Spouses of U.S. Citizens
Generally, certain lawful permanent residents married to a U.S. citizen may file for naturalization after residing continuously in the United States for three years if immediately preceding the filing of the application:
• the applicant has been married to and living in a valid marital union with the same U.S. citizen spouse for all three years;
the U.S. spouse has been a citizen for all three years and meets all physical presence and residence requirements; and
• the applicant meets all other naturalization requirements.
