Both my I-140 and I-485 were denied. I have valid H1b until Dec.2005. My son used EAD before we got the denial.
Now, I need renew both my H1b and my son's H4. I have the following questions:
1. Before, the A# and SSN# were filled with N/A (for his old H4 application, I-539 form). Now he has SSN#, but his A# is invalid after I-485 denial, correct?
2. For his current status, what should I fill in (H4 or invalid EAD)? Do I need attach a letter to explain the situation (such as my son used his EAD and worked for one month before we got the I-485 denial)?
