Your ND is 02/25/02 if I am not wrong. Anything exciting happening in your case.

no excitement whatsoever...

in fact, my fingerprints expired in august of this year, and nary so much as another fingerprint notice. the online/avm message is still stuck at "...we sent you a notice for finger print recording..." since april 2001 :(

thank you for asking. what, if any, developments in your case?
 
Thanks. Going by current trend my case will take atleast another 8 to 9 months before they look at it.

This is not correct. My friend ND is feb and his online status changed to RFE on 10/24/03. Mine is Jan25 and online status changed to RFE on 10/21. BCIS is certainly working on Jan/Feb cases.
