Just brief desc. before asking question.
I came to this country on H4 and transferred to H1 and applied G.C. I never left the country after coming here(and i have no H1 stamp on my passport). I was laid off after 9 months of applying my 485 and joined client as a contractor(hourly) thru other company with salary little bit more and job description same as in labor. Since it has been long time i visited my family, i wanted to go to India for a vacation(2 or 3 weeks). I am not going to get my pay stubs during this vacation time. My wac is wac-02-074-5**** FP going to expire on August 15th.
Question1:In case if i get RFE do we need to submit the continous paystubs or is it ok if i miss one or two(since i am planning to take vacation)? OR do i need to wait until i get 3 paychecks after coming and shld respond to RFE?
Question2: Will it be a problem to use AP when i have H4 stamp on my passport which is already expired?My H1 with previous company is expired and also i don't want to use that since i have no stamping on my passport with that H1. I have AP valid until April 2004 and also i have EAD valid until May 2004. Also, currently i am working on EAD.
Please help i am confused. I don't want to take a chance with CSC delaying the response to RFE.
