I'm new to this site. I will greatly appreciate all of yours response. Please read my question below
We already have petition approved for my parents and NVC process is on. Since we did not communicate for 1 year we received the letter asking if we wish to continue. This petition is filed by my brother. Now, my parents don't want to immigrate currently and thinking to discontinue this process. If we do that what will be the future consequences. Will they be able to immigrate in the future if they again decide and let's say If my brother or I file again after 1 year or 2 year ??
OR once you refuse you can not apply again ??? We're debating if we should discontinue this process or not ???
