Hi Joe,
You are such an expert I run things by you first before anything else nowadays.

Question is formed off the following situation

1) I am on H1B
2) I work for company A and they hold my H1
3) I form company B with an US partner (LLC)
4) Company A knows of company B (2 Execs of company A are advisors for company B and hold ~1% each)
5) Company B is holding meeting with Investors for securing funding
and prospects for selling their concept
6) I hold 60% of company B
7) Company B has no capital or workers or operations (just a concept and an idea)

Question:
Can I take part in the meetings that company B is having with prospects and investors (Company A has no objection) ?
