My company filed my I-140 with concurrent filing. My company has submitted previous 2 years financial statements. In the first year they have performed well and the books look strong but in the 2nd year the books are not so strong. They have submitted the balance sheet in the second year as They had not filed the Taxes when they filed my case.
Do you think I mat get an RFE on company's ability to pay? Please avice what can be done to tackle this situation?
Thank You,
