Can you please tell me when your case was transfered to Arlington (your rd,nd etc) and how long did it take to get your interview.

Also i read that you changed address to NewJersey from Virginia.Did you inform INS this change of address?

My files were transfered on may 30 2001 after submitting rfe for emp letter,pd =oct98,EB3,RD=FEB/00
Interview on 11\26\01
My Attorney informed ins about change of address but they have not updated their database,I still got my interview letter at va address.

Only you got the interview letter> Dint they forward a copy to your attorney?

Till date only I got the INTRV letter,may be because of the postal delay my attorney might get it later.
 
Sorry..one last question.

For transfer interviews do attorneys always get a copy?
Also did your attorney get a copy of your transfer notice? Thanks alot
