Hey, guys:
I already filed I-140 for NIW category, but it is pending. i am thinking of efiling I1-40 under Eb1a. my question is what to put under part 4, 6? "has any immigration visa petition ever been filed". am I going to choose yes, but if yes, what is explanation going to be attached?
