I have canadian PR and my US gc is very close to approval. My question is that when I go for Passport stamping for US will US officials give me hard time because I have canadian PR stamp in my passport. Please advice if you had similar experience.

You should not have any problem getting a stamp on your passport after your I-485 is approved even you have Canadian landing status.
But you will have a big problem if you want to go to Canada. You cannot have two permanent resident status of USA and Canada at this time.
