Hi Pundits,
On my last trip to India (over 8 months ago) the airlines - British airways did not collect mine and wife's old I-94's. We rentered the US - Chicago using AP documents.
Initially I ignored the fact but I felt it is better to be conservative and address the issue. On telling this to my law firm they tell me to mail the old I-94's with a letter to BCIS explaining the situation.
Any of you guys have experience with the above situation.
