I filed for Ar-11 to the KY address & called the 800 number to inform abt the change of address. ( aug 03)
I got the change of address confirmation letters in mail and there was a handwritten note saying We were scheduled for FP. (sep 03)
few days later, we got actual FP notices. ( oct & nov 03)
I think ihack1, it is the call to 800 to inform them abt the change of address which did the trick.
