Question for expired I94

Do you know will it cause any problem when one go to passport stamp with an expired I94 on passport and H1 extension is still pending in INS? Will INS refuse to stamp your passport when you bring in approval notice with expired I94 card?

Dont worry...

...as long as you have any proof that you have filed for your extension (any receipt notice), it shouldnt be a problem.
