Question for Experts

I know there was a thread floating around talking about system 1 and system 2. When I
called IIO yesterday, she used the WAC# instead of the A#. She stated that they
received the FP from FBI on Oct 18th but FBI stated that they sent the info back Aug 24th.

What should I make out of it in terms of system 1 or system 2. Any clues would help me
feel better.

when do you know you are close when it is in system 1 or system 2?

System #1 is the local CSC system. You move from System #2
(Common Countrywide system) to System#1. If she asked for
yourWAC#, most probably your FBI results are in System#1,
which is good news. Now you just have to wait for your case
to be assigned to an officer.
