Hello,
Mine and my spouse case was tranfered to Boston office from VSC in May 2004. Today I received the interview letters for both of us schedule in Feb 2005 at 1:30 and 2:00pm respectively. My question is, is this normal that both will have separate time on interview letter ?
I have read in most of the post that the officer interviews both of them together. Am I right ? or will the officer interview both of us separately.
Also, what are the documents need to be taken ?
The letter says to bring "all original documents, passport, I-94, medical exam report (if not previously submitted ), documentation of your qualifications for permanent residence and ____________
If your appl is based on an offer of employment, bring an updated offer of permanent employment from the petitioner."
Your anwser will be appreciated. Thanks in advance to all...
