I'd like to renew my EAD. I wonder which date would be filled in the item 11, the issued date or the received date of the previous EAD?
Now I am I485 pending. I reentered to USA with AP. What should I fill in the item 14(Manner of last entry) and item 15(Current Imm. Status)?
Should I need to submit all I94 copies or just the latest I94?
BTW, I reentered US at NY state(the start of Rt.81) by driving from Canada. I only know the Canada border name. I don't know the port name of US and dno't find any useful infor. from I94. Where can I find the port name?
